Lewisham Multi-Faith Conference & Community Training Programme

Lewisham Council is seeking a suitably qualified individual/organisation to organisation and facilitate a multi-faith event and workshops to address violence in the borough.
Hub for Charity Fraud Awareness 
The Charity Fraud Awareness Hub has been developed by the Fraud Advisory Panel, the Charity Commission For England and Wales and UK Finance and features helpsheets, case studies and webinars.

Mayor’s Award for volunteering in Lewisham 

The Award recognises individuals, community projects and businesses who contribute or support others to volunteer their spare time to Lewisham.

Fun Palaces on weekend of 5 and 6 October

Barbara Gray, Lewisham's Mayoress and a VAL trustee, is to officially open the Sydenham Fun Palace at noon on the 5th October at the Sydenham Centre. She will be joined by Deputy Mayor, Cllr Chris Best.

Age Against the Machine festival 

From 13 September to 6 October Lewisham will become a hive of creative activity for the borough’s first ever Festival of Creative Ageing, nicknamed Age Against the Machine.
