Slaughter and May are offering free legal advice masterclasses for charities. 

 
The masterclasses provide an excellent opportunity for voluntary sector organisations to gain advice from legal experts. It’s also a fantastic example of corporate CSR! 

The Lewisham Safeguarding Adults Board will be holding its first VCS conference on 8 November 2018. We would like to hear your views on what the conference might include and find out more generally what your needs are around safeguarding adults at risk.

New dates for September 2018 

Future Learn are offering a free online course to help volunteers understand the backgrounds, current situations and needs of refugees from a wide range of contexts.

School of Community-led Housing workshop

RUSS are running another School of Community-led Housing workshop in London in May, in partnership with New Economics Foundation. The course runs over 3 evenings - May 2, 9 and then 23. The workshop comprises all 3 sessions.

The Association of Chairs briefing session for new Chairs on Tuesday 19 September 2017 2.00pm - 5:00pm will be at the offices of the Charities Aid Foundation in central London.

More than a third of all online activity is spent watching video, opening up a range of opportunities for small charities and community organisations to engage with their current and potential supporters and beneficiaries.
