Tendering opportunity for Lewisham Family Intervention Project

05 Sep 2013

The London Borough of Lewisham  is inviting organisations to tender for the Family Intervention Project (FIP) in Lewisham. The contract will be issued for a period of three years (April 2014 – March 2017) with the option to extend for up to two years at the Council’s discretion.

The FIP is a specialist family support service for families identified as having a high level of need in a range of different areas which have escalated beyond the reach of targeted services. Based on a ‘one family, one worker, one plan’ model, the service works intensively and holistically with families, primarily within their own homes. The aim is to work with families to remain safely together. The Invitation to Tender advert is available here:  http://www.lewisham.gov.uk/myservices/business/tendersandcontracts/tenders/Pages/default.aspx

Interested organisations will need to submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to determine their suitability to tender for the service: https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf/frm_home?ReadForm.

The deadline for PQQs is 12pm (midday) on 3rd October 2013.

Full tenders will be invited at the end of October 2013 with interviews taking place in January 2014. The contract will be confirmed in February 2014 for a start date in April 2014.
