Master your social media skills
A new online toolkit has been developed specifically for charities and the third sector to help empower them to use social media most effectively for their organisation. It includes tips on how best practice. The guide also details how charities can set the foundations to help avoid distractions and get results.
Developed by the Skills Platform and co-written by Zoe Amar, a leading expert in digital communications and marketing, the toolkit includes eight chapters that cover topics such as growing social networks, how to establish a social media policy within an organisation, how to campaign and fund-raise through using social media, and how to analyse results.
It includes tips for charities who are at early stages with social media and also many insights for charities who are more advanced and need to take their social media game to the next level.
