Feedback urgently needed for SLaM care inspection

South London & Maudsley Foundation Trust (SLaM), our local main mental health provider of inpatient and community services, will be inspected by Care Quality Commission (CQC) during the week of 23 September 2015.

Healthwatch Bromley and Lewisham wants to collect patient and carer feedback and experiences to help guide the inspection of SLaM.

They would like users of the service to attend a drop-in session:

Friday 31 July, 2pm – 4.30pm

St. Laurence Community Centre, Jubilee Room

37 Bromley Rd

London SE6 2TS

They are interested in feedback from people who have used the services in the past year. Please confirm your attendance here

If you're unable to attend the drop-in on Friday, there are other sessions available earlier in the week:

Wednesday 29th July 11am – 4pm:  Visit us at the ‘Is Mental Health Still Taboo’ on at the Karibu Education Centre, 7 Gresham Road, Brixton, SW9 7PH
