This full day course, delivered in partnership with Economic Change, will get you up to speed on the new data protection requirements, and provide ideas about how to implement a compliance strategy for your organisation. We are offering affordable, subsided places on this course to staff, trustees and volunteers working for non-profits in Lewisham.

With just three months left to prepare for GDPR, we've pulled together a series of handy resources to help you keep calm, and be ready when the regulation comes in to effect on 25th May. During our workshop we will looking at how you put in practices to handle:

  • Better Customer Communications
  • Data security and sensitivity

Cancellation and refunds

As this is a high-value course, on this occasion we can only refund cancellations up to 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations with more than 7 days' notice will be refunded, less a £5 admin fee. Cancellations less than 7 days' before the event are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend, so that we can offer your place to someone else. Please note that from January 2017 all sessions now carry a £5 non-refundable admin fee (ticket prices are inclusive of this fee).
