How to be more efficient searching for emails 

How many times have you thought ‘I definitely read that in an email!’ and then spent half an hour unsuccessfully trawling through your inbox? Or lost a payment for a random amount and can’t find where it came from? Wondered if you’ve got an account with a particular business?
If you are using Outlook or Gmail, there are built in search features that can make finding those bits of lost and lurking information much easier. The search box in Outlook is at the top of your inbox:

We’re looking for a Computing student/s (or Communications student/s), or similar, who will be able to help in a volunteering capacity to help develop our website.
They can work from home/college but ideally, they would pop in to our New Cross office once a week for 20mins to verbally update us – or similar. 
In the past we’ve used an external company to develop and maintain our website – so going it alone is an exciting departure for us. 

Mulberry launch event and ‘farewell’ to Mayor is a great success

The launch of VAL’s new venue, The Mulberry Centre in New Cross, and a ‘farewell and thank you’ to Sir Steve Bullock was a great success. 
Over 60 attendees were present to say goodbye to Mayor of Lewisham, Sir Steve Bullock, who retires from his role next month. We wish him well!
