Policies and procedures are very important to VAL as they ensure that all of our staff, volunteers, service users and supporters know what they can expect from us.

Our policies and procedures are developed to ensure that everyone knows their rights, duties, responsibilities and the parameters of their authority. They also provide a framework which ensures that everyone is treated fairly, equally and without prejudice.
