  • Health - our health projects aim to improve general health of refugees and asylum seekers. We help them access medical practitioners, raise awareness on healthy lifestyles and prevention of diseases such as cardio vascular, diabetes and many more as well as holding gentle exercises and activities for the mind and body including yoga, knitting and sewing.
  • Vulnerable Women – this project provides counselling and therapeutic support to vulnerable women who are victims of gender-based violence.
  • Advocacy – all our workers provide advocacy support to all our clients, accompanying them to their appointments and speaking on their behalf if needed.
  • ESOL – in partnership with Lewisham Voluntary Sector Training Network (LVSTN), we run ESOL classes on Entry 1 and 2, every Mondays and Wednesdays for 2 hours. We provide crèche facilities.
  • Capacity Building - LRN also facilitates the development of Lewisham Refugee Forum, a forum of Refugee Community Organisations (RCOs). The Forum aims to bring together different refugee groups in the borough to understand each other, promote collaborative work, campaign on behalf of refugees and asylum seekers and represent the interest of the sector.
