Beancounter Bookkeeping is a software and support package for small charities and community groups available to purchase from Voluntary Action Lewisham.
The software is easy to learn and automates many of the tasks that are laborious for staff or volunteers who don't have a lot of time. It's ideal for those who aren't finance specialists but have responsibility for bookkeeping and financial management . It is based on Excel spreadsheets and uses the receipts and payments accounting format suitable for small charities or community groups.
You will be delighted at how much quicker and more efficient you will find this system. Data entry is fast and standard reports are automated. And you never need to feel on your own with the finances again because support and advice are included in your monthly subscription fee.

Cancellations and refunds
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend, so that we can offer your place to someone else. Please note that from January 2017 all sessions now carry a £5 non-refundable admin fee included in the ticket price.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded, less the £5 admin fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.
