Are you a finance worker, co-ordinator or treasurer of a charity or community organisation?

Do you need to prepare a business plan for funders or need to update your existing plan in the light of changing circumstances?

This course will help you:

• Understand why you need a business plan and what should go in it
• Clarify your organisation’s mission, outcomes and objectives
• Review your funding
• Understand the importance of the financial information that goes with the plan
• Get started on writing your business plan
