Bitesize Cashflow Forecasts
The Bitesize Finance series of short courses is designed for people working or volunteering in the voluntary and community sector. Each course in the series gives a simple introduction to a practical finance topic. Courses can be booked individually or you can book all six and get one free.
Bitesize Cashflow Forecasts will help you:
- Understand that a balanced budget may not be sufficient to keep your project afloat
- Know how to check that your project will not go overdrawn
- The importance of cashflow when money is tight
The course is suitable for beginners with little or no knowledge of bookkeeping or financial matters. It is ideal for committee members, admin or finance workers, co-ordinators as well as finance volunteers.
Follow up support is available to help you put your learning into practice and more advanced training is available if you would like to learn more.
