Please complete only one application form (either over £10k or under £10k).

The deadline for submission of completed application forms and supporting documents is 12, noon on Monday, 18th April 2011. Refer to the guidance notes on how and where to submit completed forms.

The CSU will be running two events to help you think through and prepare your application. It is strongly recommended that you attend these sessions so you are fully aware of what is expected and how applications will be assessed (there are significant changes to previous grant programmes).

Sessions will be held on:

• Tuesday 22 March 2011 (general application advice)
• Friday 25 March 2011 (outcome training).

There will be a morning and afternoon session on each day lasting approximately two hours. Times to be confirmed.
